The second Development Officers Induction Training (DOIT) Program was yet another success with participants from various parts of the country. These 03-Day workshops not only consist of technical know-hows in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, namely mediation services - but it also encompasses sessions on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), work ethics, leadership & teamwork skills, English language trainings and even public administration.
